New Fixed Fee Service For Family Matters

In February and March we wrote about our new fixed fee service.

You may have also seen our recent article in the East Anglian Daily Times explaining the expansion to Kerseys Family Services or heard Clare Thomas, head of our family department, on BBC Radio Suffolk discussing the Legal Aid Reforms and what this will mean for Family Law.

Our new fixed fee service is proving to be very popular. You can decide before or after this meeting whether you wish to instruct Kerseys or represent yourself.

Whether you are starting the divorce or have been served with divorce paperwork we will be able to advise you and, if you wish to represent yourself, provide you with an information pack to help you on your way.
