Sale Of Affordable Homes
Kerseys are pleased to announce that they acted for a local established developer Gipping Homes on the sale of four new affordable homes to Orbit East at the new Cherry Tree Rise development situated in the pretty village of Drinkstone Green near Bury St Edmunds.

The development is on the site of the old Cherry Tree public house formerly owned by Greene King. It will consist of fifteen properties comprising two, three, four and five-bedroomed houses.
Kerseys continues to act in respect of the sale of the remaining properties at the development having already sold several properties off-plan.
