Ipswich featured in a recent article in The Guardian newspaper as one of the locations seeing an increase in interest from Londoners looking for new homes away from the city.

Home working is certainly partly behind this as one in eight London businesses in a poll carried out by the London Chamber of Commerce have said that working from home would become standard with no permanent office.

Perhaps Ipswich does have it all:

• Easy access to the capital and the coast
• A stunning waterfront
• A vibrant cultural community
