Kerseys is now a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

Please note that as of 1 July 2017, we are now a limited liability partnership ‘Kerseys Solicitors LLP’. This does not have any effect on our presentation or service to our clients; it is simply a change of business model which we have planned for some time.

LLP is a more modern and flexible model which many solicitors firms have now adopted. However, we have changed our banking arrangements to coincide with this. If you have a current matter with us, we will be notifying your directly, including the details of our new bank, as required.
