Conveyancing Quality Standard

Kerseys is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), which shows that we follow the highest standards or technical expertise and client service and are able to satisfy regulators, lenders and insurers.

Conversely, solicitors who are not members of CQS may not do so. ‘Licensed conveyancers’ cannot be members of CQS.
