About Christina Morlham.
Christina Morlham joined Kerseys Solicitors in Woodbridge as a Senior Associate Conveyancing Solicitor in January 2025.
Christina qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 having studied at the University of Greenwich and the College of Law. Upon qualification Christina practiced in Criminal Defence with a firm based in Essex specialising in serious crime and qualified as a Duty Solicitor.
From 2013, Christina Morlham has specialised in all areas of Residential Conveyancing including sales and purchases (both Freehold and Leasehold), shared ownership, re mortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations and equity release.
Christina relocated to Suffolk in 2018 and has worked in the Woodbridge area since then.
Christina is able to advise on a broad range of legal issues involving these practice areas.
