Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 1992, initially practicing in civil litigation and family law.
She worked in London and Hertfordshire before moving to Ipswich in 2002.
Upon arrival in Suffolk Nicola worked as a family lawyer for a top 100 UK law firm, moving to a mid-sized practice where she was a partner and head of the family team for 12 years.
